So as you know, I’m just back from a a weekend filled with love and self-care at Breitenbush Hot Springs and as I start my week, I thought of Marianne Williamson’s quote about stepping into our light. I’m feeling it right now and wanted to share it with you…

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
