show off your wares in a recycled booth

It’s refreshing to see earth-loving materials used in the construction of trade show booths.

Oregon based Boothster.com are the creative force behind these adorable eco-friendly booths (shown above and below).

How do they do it you may wonder?

Signage is made out of post consumer recycled board, which is recyclable and biodegradable. A water-based eco-glue is used to put things together and biodegradable cotton graphics are made with Eco-Solv low VOC ink.

More details from the Boothster.com:

A central booth structure is made with post-consumer recycled paper tubes manufactured with water soluble glue, painted with green seal certified eco paint and crate finished with eco stain clean-air compliant, so it is non-threatening to the ozone layer.

We love that.

Custom booths are also available. Boothster.com clients include Burt’s Bees and Google (shown below).

More details:

Boothster.com developed a fun concept around the natural honeycomb pattern found in bees hives. We integrated materials that brought out honey colors such as amber and deep yellow.

The booth was designed to be modular, light weight and easy to set up. These sketches represent our early sketches through color renderings.

Google (booth rendering shown at right) approached Boothster.com requesting assistance with an eco friendly booth for Earth Day 2008.

According to the designers, “We came up with a simple, yet elegant design featuring recyclable Flexster walls, recycled paint base and canopy, chemical free plywood, recyclable acrylic counters and biographic boards. All materials are reusable and recyclable.”
