Last night I spent a few hours lounging in a new restaurant in town (Portland, Oregon) “Alu Wine Bar and Lounge” Very decadent, sensual, romantic, love lounge and, yes, a great place for a date, especially to get those love juices flowing.

German/Italian chef Sandro offers delicious Southern German cuisine…

I loved Sandro’s description of Alu…Rustic and refined…speak easy clubbish….chateau brothel, right out of a David Lynch film. Bottom line: Check it out. It’s hot, the food is delicious, the atmosphere…oh well, you get the idea…and finally… the Louis the XIV red make-out couch….you get my vote…
