For those of you who know me also know that people who think outside of the box and follow their passions really excite me. PPnG is a place where we celebrate and brag about businesses and entrepreneurs who are brave and follow their dreams, despite the challenges that we (in business) have come to know so well. Green thinkers — those who live sustainably and practice earth loving business ethics — have come to occupy a special place in my heart. As an extension to that theme, I will be introducing a section of the blog called, ‘i dream stories’ –anectdotes and stories of people who have pursued their dreams (and continue to do so) in some way shape or form, have encountered obstacles (don’t we all?), and have moved through them. It’s kind of like a voyeuristic look into someone’s deepest and sometimes darkest moments to reveal courage and faith. I find it interesting how all of us are interconnected through our dreams and the paths we take. I will be hitting the streets soon and interviewing my favorite businesses around town and sharing those stories both as main article posts and ‘i dream stories.’ My hope is that it will start a dialog on what types of things we all connect with so that we may support eachother on our paths.
