Chrysler’s Eco-Voyager has been named top concept truck in the annual Eyes On Design competition.

This handsome electric car just won a design award at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The designers are still not sure (and neither am I) why she was classified as a truck when clearly she’s so much more.

The vehicle runs on a lithium-ion battery pack which is able to deliver 64 kilometres (that’s 40 miles) on one charge, but the range can be extended to 480 kilometres by using its on-board fuel cell range extender that keeps the battery charged. Can you imagine? Apparently, the reviews have been wonderful especially in terms of performance.

Comfortable, yes, doesn’t feel too tight to me….

It feels like the beginning of a new trend that will involve more sustainable cars, less fuel combined with some eco-luxury. Beautiful.
