I don’t know about you guys, but I am absolutely madly in love with Cate Blanchett. She evokes the grace of a true classic star and it’s always a pleasure to watch her on screen. So, naturally, when I heard about her recent cover on Britain’s Marie Claire June Eco-Chic issue, it only made me appreciate her more.

Here’s my favorite part of the interview. When asked about the future, Kate answered, “I firmly believe we all have the capacity to think big thoughts and are ripe to be inspired. I’m an optimist. I believe we’re ready as a generation to seize this opportunity to make profound environmental changes for the better. After all, what’s the alternative?” My thoughts exactly….We have the power to heal this world.
