Frustration? Joy? Maybe a combination of both…

So, as I write this, I am sitting next to Jim Flood, my videographer/editor, collaborating on footage filmed last weekend at the Better Living Show in Portland, Oregon. While I can deeply appreciate the art form of editing, I can’t seem to wrap my brain around it. (Abby Spyker, you are one amazing editor!) I often find my hands in my lap deep breathing. Jimmy is so gracious. He lets me say things like, “right there!” and “stop!” while he remains calm and centered…or so it seems. It’s a practice in patience and I’m very grateful for it. As I write this I just let by body surrender and once again, I feel myself in the flow. I have to admit, it’s been so much fun working with Jimmy and I can’t wait to share the video with you.
